Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to join our team in the building materials industry. This role is responsible for attending walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and closing sales. The ideal candidate has strong product knowledge, great communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate building material products Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers clearly Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, stock levels, and promotions Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Work closely with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery Handle customer complaints or queries in a professional manner Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or bachelors degree in business, Proven experience in counter sales or retail sales, preferably in building materials Good knowledge of interior materials is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing software, etc.) Strong negotiation and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Fluency in Hindi and English
