Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales inquiries through email, phone, and messaging platforms
Prepare accurate quotations in coordination with suppliers and procurement
Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Maintain and update customer, supplier, and product records systematically
Coordinate with logistics and accounts for smooth order processing and delivery
Support the outdoor sales team with quotations, documentation, and client coordination.
Requirements
2-3 years of proven experience in Indoor Sales
Strong verbal and written
English communication skills
Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-focused approach
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive and professional attitude
UAE experience preferred
Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office is an advantage
