Attend to walk-in clients and explain marble and granite product options
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
Prepare quotations, proformas, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales
Assist with maintaining showroom display and sample arrangements
Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for smooth order execution
Keep accurate records using CRM or basic Excel tools
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and local language
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp)
Experience in marble, granite, or building materials is an advantage and Freshers can also apply for this post
