Al Asayel Health and Safety FZE is seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Indoor Sales Representative
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, handle customer and supplier portals, prepare quotations, and support internal coordination -- all from our JAFZA-based office.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, email inquiries, and customer portal communications.
Identify and reach out to potential new customers.
Prepare, follow up, and close quotations and sales orders.
Source new suppliers to meet customer-specific requirements.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Coordinate with customer service team, logistics, procurement, and accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing.
Stay up to date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Requirements:
Prior experience in indoor sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP B1 is a plus).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
