About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Inbound Sales Executive to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, converting leads into sales, and ensuring excellent client communication throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages from prospects and clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable signage and printing solutions.
Coordinate with production and design teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Follow up on leads, maintain CRM records, and close sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, printing, or signage industry
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Strong customer service and sales skills
UAE experience preferred

What We Offer
Salary: AED 3,000 - 5,000 based on experience
