Job Description

Bait Al Taqa Electrical Trading is a leading supplier of electrical materials, specializing in

wires, cables, PVC pipes, lighting, and related accessories



Key Responsibilities

Handle

customer inquiries

via phone, email, and in person at the showroom or office. Prepare

quotations, sales orders, and proforma invoices

accurately and on time. Follow up with customers on quotations, deliveries, and payments. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure

timely dispatch and delivery

of materials. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and

assist in identifying new opportunities

. Update the

sales database and records

regularly using ERP or Excel. Assist the outdoor sales team with

pricing, product availability, and documentation

. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high level of

customer satisfaction

.
