We are a well-established travel and tourism agency in Dubai looking to hire a motivated Indoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and experience in field sales, especially in the travel industry.
Responsibilities
Actively generate leads and secure new business through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
Promote and sell Umrah, holiday, and travel packages to individual and corporate clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Indoor sales experience
(Travel/Tourism preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must be
fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and English
(Required).
Self-driven, confident, and target-focused.
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
