The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.

The candidate should have good knowledge and experience in Warsan and Nursery plant maintenance.

Job Purpose:

To receive, segregate, place, tag and maintain the plants indoors in a controlled environment. Ensure plant's irrigation, fertilization, pest management, plant cleaning, pruning, watering and plant rotation. Ensure cleanliness of greenhouse at all time.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

This position requires an ideal person to perform company's horticultural practices and principles to provide superior quality maintenance work in the greenhouse in a professional way.

Supervisory duties:

Before the shipment arrives, ensure the availability of trays for storing the plants. Ensure the availability of manpower to receive the shipment. Make monthly reports on plant maintenance activities and submit the same to Maintenance Head.

Inventory Receiving:

To unload the shipment, check the quantity and quality of the plants. If variation found, the same has to report to supervisor and stores. Segregate the plants and place the same in the allocated trays. To barcode the stickers on the respective plants.

Plant Maintenance:

Identify and remedy or report the supervisor / in charge about the plant pests, diseases, physiological disorders and environmental influences that can jeopardize plant health and vitality. Carry out plant maintenance work such as floor cleaning, plant cleaning, repotting, and outdoor cleaning. Display plants based on plants nature, height, water and sunlight requirements Water all plants appropriately to ensures plants are clean and free of dust Notifies superior in charge if any damaged, vandalized plants and containers, and discolored leaves before pruning. Remove all trash and debris from planters if required. Responsible for upkeep and placement of tools and equipment. Report superior on tools and equipment required for plant maintenance Use the plant chemicals and fertilizer periodically for the plants. Ensure availability of stocks all the time. Stocks such as Soil, Pesticide, Fertilizer, and maintenance equipment. Report the supervisor about the shortage of stocks.

Inventory Dispatch:

Physically verify the quantity and quality of the items for delivery against the invoice generated and LPO received. Maintain accuracy of all counts and quality Issue of goods receipt to Salesman Assist in loading the items in a vehicle Work with the stores in receiving the return items from the salesman and keep the items in designated places. Perform other duties as and when needed.
