Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and rapport-building techniques. Listen to customer concerns and address them appropriately to close sales or provide solutions. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas. Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall sales strategy. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance selling skills.
