Job Description

We are seeking a fun, active, and compassionate Individual Learning Support Assistant

(ILSA)

to work with a 15-year-old male learner in Dubai.

This is a private hire directly through the family. All contracts and agreements will be arranged between the successful candidate and the family.

The ideal candidate will:

Be engaging, energetic, and able to build a strong connection with the learner through encouragement, patience, and positivity. Have prior LSA experience, particularly with teenagers diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, and sensory needs. Be confident in managing challenging behaviors and familiar with sensory diets, antecedent manipulation, and positive behavior support strategies. Support the learner in academic tasks, vocational readiness, social development, emotional regulation, and daily transitions. Run

1:1 direct sessions in school

as outlined by the learner's individualized program, focusing on skill development, communication, and independence. Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and age-appropriate life skills. Be proactive, communicative, and open to ongoing training and supervision from the school's SEN team and the learner's

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

. Be capable of differentiating the curriculum and adapting tasks to meet the learner's needs and strengths.

Requirements:

Ownvisa, insurance, and transportare essential. Availability start as of September 1st 2025 Commitment to work duringschool hours (7:30 AM - 2:30 PM) from the start of the academic year.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
