Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes, especially tandoori items (breads, kebabs, grills, etc.)
Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of all dishes
Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards
Manage daily kitchen operations and assist in inventory control
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Indian/Tandoori Chef (minimum 2 years preferred)
Good knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and traditional cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Salary:
AED 2,500 - 3,000 per month (based on experience)
