to join our growing HR Consulting organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts, building relationships with decision-makers, and positioning Powering People as a trusted and strategic HR advisor.

, ideal for professionals with proven experience in selling services, consulting solutions, or HR-related offerings. For the right individual, this role offers the potential to transition into a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients across industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, C-Suite executives, and decision-makers.
Understand client needs and position Powering People'sbespoke solutions as tailored responses to their challenges.
Collaborate with internal consultants to design proposals and pitch presentations.
Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and revenue goals.
Stay updated on HR and people-strategy trends to engage clients with informed conversations.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in
selling services or consulting solutions
(HR consulting, professional services, or SaaS preferred).
Strong network within HR, Talent, or Leadership circles is a plus.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Individuals motivated by success and comfortable with a commission-based structure
