:
Overview: The IR Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and building
strong relationships with independent electronics retailers across all Emirates of the
UAE. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a comprehensive understanding
of the independent retail landscape, a passion for sales, and a knack for building
rapport with shop owners and managers.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Territory Management: Actively visit independent mobile phone and
electronics shops across different Emirates to secure new business and manage
existing accounts.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with
major mobile phone shop teams and independent retailers.
Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the smartphone industry and our
product portfolio to effectively present products and their benefits to retailers.
Order Management: Take orders, ensure timely delivery, and manage any post-sales
inquiries or issues.
Market Feedback: Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor pricing,
product trends, and retailer feedback, to inform business strategy.
Achieve Targets: Work towards and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
targets.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and
sales performance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the independent retail segment of
the UAE.
Comprehensive understanding of the smartphone industry in the UAE.
Extensive knowledge of stand-alone electronics retailers and a strong existing
network of relationships with mobile phone shop teams.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with a results-driven approach.
Ability to travel across different Emirates as required.
