Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research on UAE's energy and power sector hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and project-based employment models.
Source and assess candidates for roles in
thermal, solar, wind, nuclear, energy storage, and smart grid technologies
.
Screen CVs and evaluate certifications such as
CEM, PMP, REP, PE/EIT, and HVAC credentials
.
Collaborate with clients to understand workforce needs for energy projects and assist in drafting technical job descriptions.
Facilitate technical and management-level interviews, ensuring alignment with UAE energy regulations and DEWA standards.
Maintain a talent database of energy professionals, regularly updated with certifications, availability, and compliance status.
Coordinate interview logistics, gather feedback, and provide technical interview coaching to candidates.
Ensure full legal compliance with UAE labor laws, energy regulations, and safety protocols.
Support onboarding and act as a liaison between clients and placed candidates post-hiring.
Stay informed on industry innovations including
energy storage, sustainability practices, and renewable infrastructure
.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Energy, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
; MBA/HR certifications are advantageous.
2-5 years of recruitment experience in
power generation or energy-related sectors
.
Deep understanding of
energy systems, sustainability, smart grids, and UAE energy strategy
.
Proficient with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry-specific sourcing tools.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
