Job Overview:

The Incubation Supply Coordinator is responsible for executing the purchasing process regarding the purchase of cars, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional customer experience. This role supports the supply team and ensures all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Onboarding: Oversee the process for new customers, ensuring timely completion of contracts and necessary documentation.


Purchase Support: Assist in preparing quotes, contracts, and account setups for clients.


Reporting: Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and prepare reports for sales teams.


Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the onboarding process.

Requirements


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred).


Experience: 2+ years in sales, customer service, or related field; automotive experience is a plus.


Skills: Strong organizational, communication skills.


Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive sales processes and CRM systems.
