They will be someone who has an understanding of pupils\xe2\x80\x99 strengths and needs, using the creation of a positive learning environment in the classroom. In addition, the role of the Inclusion Teacher is to develop and foster the appropriate skills, leadership capabilities and social abilities to enable optimum development in accordance with their age, ability and aptitude; and partner parents for a wrap-around approach to pupil support. The Inclusion Teacher will also develop lasting positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents alike. All staff will be expected to enjoy playing a full part in school life including supporting the ECA provision and subject planning.
