  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Teaching/Special Educational Needs or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the teaching/early years/special educational needs field or equivalent in the UAE.
  • Experienced professional working with children with a range of difficulties.
  • Having a background in behaviour management will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge about policy making and procedures will be an advantage.
  • Responsible for organising multi-disciplinary team meetings and working with clinical team members within the programme.
  • Actively working with Able-Me (Early Intervention programme) leaders to prepare and plan daily sessions.
  • Ability to create individualised learning plans incorporating SMART goals.
  • Working closely with schools/nurseries to facilitate transition of children to mainstream schools.
  • Work closely with marketing to promote Able-Me programme. Marketing may include on-site visits, videos of social media, internal/external events etc.
  • Fluent and proficient in both written and spoken English.
