Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and responsible
Bar In-Charge
to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will manage bar staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain inventory control, and uphold quality, hygiene, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth service Supervise, train, and schedule bar staff Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control inventory and wastage Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reconciliation Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations Address guest complaints professionally and report to management Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bar In-Charge, Bar Supervisor, or Senior Bartender Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations Leadership and team management skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
