.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth service. Prepare and craft a variety of
non-alcoholic beverages
, including mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and other specialty drinks. Handlebarista duties
, including coffee brewing, latte art, and specialty coffee drinks. Train and supervise bar staff to maintain quality and consistency. Maintain inventory, stock levels, and proper storage of ingredients and supplies. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Innovate and create new beverage recipes, keeping up with current trends. Manage customer interactions professionally, ensuring a positive experience.Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a bartender, with expertise in
non-alcoholic beverages
. Experience as a barista or handling coffee/beverage preparation. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and beverage preparation standards. Creativity and a passion for crafting new drinks.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to QAR2,200.00 per month
