Job Description
INBOUND OPERATIONS MANAGER The Inbound Operations Manager manages all aspects of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support. He/She also handles tour assignments. He/She has overall control over day-to-day operations. He/She is service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills. He/She guides the operations teams to address any customer feedback and vendor management issues. He/She is able to think clearly in emergencies and ensures smooth tour operations in accordance with schedules. Knowledge of RUSSIAN language is a MUST Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Degree At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. At least 3 year(s) experience as Operations Manager in the Travel industry GDS Knowledge is an advantage URGENT Hiring - candidates who can start ASAP will be prioritized Job Type: Full-time Language:
