The Inbound Sales Executive is responsible for handling incoming customer calls, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner, converting them into confirmed sales. The candidate
must have experience working in international call centers
dealing with
U.S. and British clients

neutral, U.S., or British accent

Key Responsibilities:
Attend and manage all
incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online inquiries
from customers.
Provide clear and accurate information about
Dubai Cleans services, prices, and promotions
.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable cleaning packages or services.
Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records in the company's CRM system.
Follow up on inquiries and quotations to ensure successful conversion.
Coordinate with the
operations team
for scheduling and job assignments.
Achieve assigned
sales targets
and contribute to team goals.
Ensure excellent communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiries, conversions, and feedback.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in an
International Call Center
(handling U.S. or U.K. clients).
Fluent English communication skills
with a
neutral, U.S., or British accent
.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales.
Confident telephone manner and professional attitude.
Proficient in computer use, including CRM systems, WhatsApp, and email handling.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
