Qamar Albaher Cargo Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Logistics Manager

to join our dynamic team in

Dubai

. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in coordination, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery follow-ups. Manage communication with transporters, suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Prepare and maintain shipment records, invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and local transport laws. Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Assist in resolving shipment delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns promptly. Support import/export activities, including documentation and clearance coordination. Generate periodic logistics reports for management review.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferred Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills. Familiarity with logistics software, inventory systems, and MS Office. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work in a time-sensitive environment. Knowledge of UAE customs and transport regulations is an added advantage.

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
