Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for the completion of each Trade Transaction Cycle. Trace back and connect the import documents to the export commitments. Prepare documents as per the financial instruments applicable e.g., Letter of Credit, DP, DA etc. for the sales. Manage banking relationships including negotiating bank limit and bank rate selection, liaising with issuing and presentation banks to bring efficiency and speed to the process. Ensure clean negotiations of documents. Track and monitor the funds\' receipt in the bank. Facilitate opening of Lcs or appropriate payment modes for Imports. Ensure Statutory compliance in payments. Maintain MIS for all shipment related records, pre-shipment & post-shipment documents. Track and record all outstanding trade related payments. Provide input for near-term cash outflow projections. Coordinating with the corporate clients & Bank counterparts to ensure paralleled processing. Managing and Monitoring issuance and processing of LC/DP/DA. Assisting to implement necessary process improvements that will increase the efficiency and quality of the team\'s work/outputs. Requirements Candidate must have at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience relevant banking experience in Trade Operations and exhibit strong capabilities in the following areas: - Well verse and knowledgeable in Trade Finance Products Experience in trade Operations of Coal and related products is desirable. Understanding of UCP rules, ISBP and types of SWIFT messages is desirable. Meticulous and detailed oriented Familiar with MS Office application (E.g.: Outlook, Excel, Words) Pro-active and good team player, ability to communicate effectively with team members and counterparties.
