About the role
- Responsible for executing and controlling processes of registration of all UAE
stores with Dubai Municipality, Emirates Authority for Standardization and metrology, FTA or ministries. - To manage, control and follow up on all necessary documents, artworks or
physical products needed from suppliers, for products registration. - Liaising with Service Providers and Dubai customs on daily basis to maintaina good
relationship and ensure maximum compliance with the local import rules and
regulations. - Insuring efficient and collaborative operationsfor all logistic activitiesby
liaising between the end supplier, freight forwarder and all departments.
- Reviewing and processing all documentation for accuracy and compliance with
regulations prior to submitting to Customs for release of merchandise. - Maintaining import/export database and files, and preparing various reports related to import/export activities.
