Job Description

FEMALE Logistics Coordinator \xe2\x80\x93 Sea/Air \xe2\x80\x93 Import and Export The logistic Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the logistical activities and a logistical team. Ensures implementation and execution of the logistics activities and action plans. Oversees efficient logistical movements requested by internal clients of materials/equipment to and from onshore and offshore projects, ensuring that these take place efficiently, on time, and with the correct documentation. Ensures that logistics performance targets are met. Logistics Coordinator Knowledge & Experience:
  • Logistics Supply Chain as a concept, process, and operations.
Process & documents of Shipping goods through Land, Sea and Air Such as (SI/CI/PL/COO/AWB/BOE/POD etc.) Knowledge to contact (Act and react) with Customs, Dubai Trade, Shipping Lines, Dnata, Etc. Enquiry for quotation Contact with airline and agents for getting the best freight rates to serve our customer in best way and get a good profit margin.
  • How to make import/export booking directly by Shipping Lines, and DNATA with a best price and best required services.
  • Coordinating with customer for all loading and shipping instructions
  • Air//Coordination with clearing agent for BOE, inspection and delivery to WHS or CNEE destinations.
  • Sea//Coordination with shipping line for DO & clearing agent, transporter, for BOE inspections, permits, until delivery at WHS or CNEE destinations.
  • Track and monitor the vessel/carrier movement till it reach at POD
  • Update date base and archive docs
  • Follow-up the transit in/out import/export shipment with the shipping lines, carries, and agents agents and clear the shipment in the proper time
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Coordinate with sales and doing telemarketing and online sales
How to contact and Computers Skills
  • With fully respect and responsibilities contact and share documents and information to logistics accounting and logistics companies (suppliers or customers) and warehouse team.
  • Using Microsoft program (excel, word, outlook & WhatsApp) to record and contact with logistics companies (supplier and customers) and warehouse team.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
