Rather than functioning as a support agent, the Implementation Setup Engineer forms a direct relationship with sales, customer success managers and customers to successfully integrate our software with their individual setup needs. The Implementation Setup Engineer will have an in-depth understanding of all the applicable program offerings and be well versed in the technical aspects of the business line's products and services, specific to AMT (AutoMobile Technologies). Assist customers through the onboarding process to ensure they are receiving the tools and support needed which includes establishing a stable test and working environment for our software Understand the customer and Customer Success Manager's (CSM) needs Ensure all customers receive the tools and support they need and communicate any delays or issues with setupReceive feedback from the CSM, sales and customer to identify any areas that need improvementPromote the value of the product services while promoting value through the customer experienceBe a brand ambassador for all AMT's products and share our product's value and benefitsMaintain a detailed understanding of all AMT products and servicesOptimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Care initiativesBuild relationships between customers and Support, Operations and Billing teamsAct as point-of-contact for CSM and sales, advocating for their needs, interests and provide feedbackReview and assess customers' progress and offer recommendations based on results Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of Computer Science experienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceExperience using SalesforceExpectational Communication SkillsAutomotive Repair experience a plus Required Skills: Collision and Mechanical repair Industry knowledgeExperience promoting value through the customer experience, i.e., a customer-first mindsetExceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationshipsTechnical skills required, as they relate for the use of the products and servicesAccountability and personal organizationExperience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standardsAbility to establish milestonesExperience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the setup processDeep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as neededAbility work independently to achieve goals and targets.Ability to organize and prioritize work.Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department and corporate goals.Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office products Work environmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers. Physical demandsPhysical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Travel requiredThis position may require some limited travel up to 25%.
