Language Requirements Fluent in English and Arabic Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day execution of telecom tower projects, ensuring smooth coordination across all project phases; Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, civil, installation, acceptance) to track and drive project progress; Oversee multiple site activities including civil works, tower erection, and power system implementation; Support the development and tracking of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations; Identify project risks and assist in implementing corrective actions to ensure timely and quality delivery; Act as a point of contact for operator clients (e.g., TAWAL, STC, Mobily, Zain), ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives; Review construction drawings and ensure technical execution aligns with project requirements; Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance to ensure work meets quality and contractual standards; Prepare regular project reports and assist senior management in tracking milestones and key deliverables; Support QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) compliance and promote safe site operations. BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Minimum of 7 years of experience in telecom or infrastructure project execution, with 3+ years in a managerial capacity; Strong understanding of telecom tower construction, installation, and power systems; Familiarity with the Saudi telecom infrastructure sector is a plus; PMP or similar project management certification is advantageous; Effective leadership, team coordination, and cross-functional communication skills; Ability to manage multiple sites and handle travel as per project needs; Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
