Purpose of the role

• Responsible for ensuring that Keyloop customers have software configured in a timely and professional manner in accordance with planned timelines with quality.
• To organise, install and configure software rollouts as required.
• To install and configure additional software as and when purchased by customers.
• To provide support for consultants on configuration issues.
• To keep Team Leader informed of any blockers and provide status on completed work.
• To travel to customer site locally or internationally as required.
• Takes a customer first approach \xe2\x80\x93 Solves customers business problems by ensuring they receive the value out of the Product.
• To train, advise and support customers where necessary

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

• Software installation and setup onto customers systems.
• Keeping customers informed when installing software on their systems.
• Assisting consultants on customer\xe2\x80\x99s sites with configuration issues.
• Ensure work is completed for each quoted requirement in the timescales required.
• Carry out such other duties reasonably falling within the scope of the position as may be required by the company.
• Above all to provide professional, courteous, and personal service to our customers.
• Update internal systems as required to provide audit on progress of work and record time using timesheets in internal systems.
• Update documentation as required and support colleagues with Knowledge Transfer.

Qualifications required Essential

Desirable

• Applicants should have good communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
• Ideally applicants should have knowledge of the Autoline system although not essential
