Job Description

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve immigration-related sales targets and objectives.

Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.

Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients, including individuals, families, and organizations seeking immigration services. This may involve networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, immigration consultants, law firms, and other relevant stakeholders. Foster long-term partnerships and repeat business through exceptional customer service.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the organization\'s immigration services, such as visa applications, work permits, study permits, permanent residency applications, and citizenship processes. Stay updated on relevant immigration laws, policies, and regulations.

Consultative Sales: Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, providing accurate and timely information about immigration options, requirements, and procedures. Offer tailored solutions that meet clients\' needs and objectives.

Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of the organization\'s immigration services. Address client concerns and objections effectively.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to forecast sales targets and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies. Generate regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and key metrics.

Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, changes in immigration laws and policies, and emerging market opportunities. Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
