Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and highly experienced Sales Manager to handle a team of immigration consultants who can help with the company revenue growth by creating effective sales strategy and execution. Competitive basic salary plus team commission and monthly sales incentive awaits. Desired Skills and Experience:

• Managing a team of Immigration Consultants and Administrators based in Dubai to ensure a high quality of service are delivered to clients at all times.

• Deliver a high volume of various immigration cases and achieve a consistently high satisfaction rating from clients.

• Proactively look for areas of development across the immigration team, providing ongoing training and conducting weekly/monthly performance reviews.

• Ensuring the team to be constantly updated with the immigration process and legislation.

• Act as the first point of contact for any escalations that may arise.

• Add value to company services by offering expert advice in all matters related to immigration.

• Manage immigration audits of all legal requirements and local practices, including implementation of process improvements to meet necessary standards for immigration processing.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in team management of immigration consultants.

• Must have a proven track record in achieving monthly sales target.

• Staff management experience to lead a team/branch.

• Previous experience working in a complex environment.

• The ability to manage the team independently and take accountability/responsibility for all actions.

• The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining to have the attention to detail must at all times.

• The ability to communicate and present information in a clear and concise way is essential for this role.
