Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Immigration Sales Manager

to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in immigration sales, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and manage a team of Immigration Sales Consultants. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct client consultations for high-value cases when required. Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality. Stay updated with immigration policies, programs, and market trends. Collaborate with marketing to design and execute lead generation campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in immigration or related sales. At least

1-2 years of managerial/supervisory experience

. Strong knowledge of Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Schengen immigration programs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Target-driven and results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in English (Arabic/Urdu/Hindi is a plus).
