Processing Team
and looking for detail-oriented, responsible, and dedicated individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end processing of immigration applications (study visas, work permits, PR, visit visas, etc.).
Prepare, review, and submit client documentation according to visa/immigration requirements.
Stay updated with immigration laws, rules, and policy changes.
Coordinate with clients to collect missing documents and provide updates on their cases.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and authorities when required.
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information.
Assist senior consultants in file preparation and application follow-up.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Law, Business, or related fields preferred).
Prior experience in immigration consultancy / visa processing (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
