Canada, Europe, and Australia

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on immigration, study, and work visa options for

Canada, Europe, and Australia

in accordance with the latest regulations. Manage client interactions, documentation, and application follow-ups with accuracy and integrity. Achieve monthly performance and service quality targets. Communicate effectively in

English

and at least one

regional language

to assist clients from diverse regions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience:

1-3 years in immigration consulting, or sales (mandatory).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Language:

Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
