Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Immigration Consultant Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in handling visa applications for Europe/Schengen work visas, as well as knowledge about the USA, Canada, and Australia visitor, study, and work visa processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end work/immigration visa for Europe/Schengen visa.

2. Guide clients on visa eligibility, documentation, and embassy procedures

3. Assist in preparing and reviewing all required application documents

4. Maintain timely follow-ups and provide clear communication to clients

5. Handle walk-in consultations and deliver accurate information professionally

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in immigration or visa consultancy

2. Must have knowledge of Schengen, USA, Canada, and Australia visa processes

3. Strong documentation and application handling skills

4. Excellent communication and customer service skills

5. Pleasant, positive, and jolly-minded personality

6. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases.

7. Language skills in Bangla, Hindi, and English are highly preferred
