to join our growing team in Dubai. You will contact potential clients, explain immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe), and help them start their process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided leads.
Explain immigration programs and eligibility in a clear and convincing way.
Schedule consultations and follow up to close sales.
Build good relationships with clients and encourage referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Work closely with the documentation team to ensure smooth processing.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of sales, telesales, or customer service experience (immigration experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills in English; Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
Good at handling objections and closing deals over the phone.
Organized and good at time management.
Knowledge of Canada, Australia, UK, or Europe immigration programs is a plus.
