We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide guidance and assistance to individuals and organizations navigating the immigration process. This includes preparing and submitting visa applications, representing clients in legal proceedings, and staying up to date on changing immigration laws and policies.
Provide accurate and timely immigration advice to clients, including individuals and corporate clients.
Sales oriented and targets achievable.
Assess client eligibility and recommend appropriate immigration pathways.
Prepare and file immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation.
Liaise with government authorities, including immigration officers and consulates, on behalf of clients.
Keep clients informed throughout the application process and manage expectations.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of client cases.
Stay updated with the latest changes in immigration law, procedures, and policies.
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
Attend immigration interviews or hearings when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
