Polychem Middle East is looking for a skilled and experienced

Immigration and Travel Consultant

to manage all immigration and travel-related requirements for the company. This includes handling various types of visa applications--both UAE-based and international--along with coordinating travel arrangements.

Candidates must be based in Ajman

or willing to work from Ajman.

Key Responsibilities:

Process all types of UAE visas (employment, visit, dependent, cancellation, etc.) Handle international

business visa applications through embassies and VFS centers

Ensure timely renewals of visas, Emirates IDs, and passports Coordinate with PRO and government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA) for immigration services Manage

all types of visa applications

, including tourist, Schengen, US/UK, and other consulate visas Maintain accurate records of visa status and expiration dates Book flight tickets (domestic and international) and manage travel itineraries Arrange travel insurance, hotel bookings, and required travel documents Stay updated with UAE immigration laws, embassy requirements, and international travel advisories Support onboarding and offboarding with immigration documentation and compliance

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration and travel coordination Strong knowledge of UAE immigration portals and embassy visa procedures Familiarity with

VFS Global

processes and business visa documentation Proficient in using online visa, travel, and booking platforms Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Effective communication in English; knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus

Must be based in Ajman

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
