Reside Global Immigration Services is hiring a motivated and client-focused

Immigration Advisor

to support our

Australia, Europe, and Canada migration programs

who are passionate about immigration consulting and delivering excellent client service.

Job Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations Provide accurate and up-to-date immigration advice in line with current regulations Assess client profiles and recommend suitable migration pathways Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and proactive communication Meet assigned sales targets while maintaining service quality and compliance Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing

Job Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

in immigration consulting
(Australia, Europe, or Canada programs preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Client-focused approach with solid problem-solving abilities Proficient in CRM systems, computer applications, and online communication tools Updated knowledge of immigration policies and procedures
