Key Responsibilities - Daily Operations
Oversee daily financial activities including emails, calls, and other correspondence.
Manage daily financial preparations and documentation.
Supervise and approve timesheets and job operational approvals.
Participate in daily and weekly meetings, including discussions and toolbox meetings.
Financial Management & Reporting
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Oversee working capital management and cash flow planning.
Approve and supervise accounts payables and receivables.
Review and approve monthly and quarterly management reports.
Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the management.
Supervise bank reconciliations and monitor all banking transactions.
Audit & Compliance
Lead and coordinate
year-end audits

inter-company audits

Ensure
tax compliance
and adherence to
GTA (General Tax Authority)
requirements.
Manage
system audits
and drive process improvements.
Liaise with
external auditors

Strategic & Operational Leadership
Establish and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
Set up tariffs, manage operations (BL Insurance, Prefix Policy, Stack Management, etc.).
Develop, review, and implement company financial policies and procedures.
Manage and renew bank facilities, including

Oversee
legal formation of new entities
(e.g., Aero Group).
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team.
Develop team work policies, code of conduct, and incentive plans.
Foster collaboration across departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Asset & Property Management
Manage the company's property portfolio and ensure optimal asset utilization.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Minimum 15-20 years of progressive experience in finance management, with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, Qatari tax laws, and corporate governance.
Experience in financial systems implementation, audits, and compliance management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
