About the Role

We're looking for an experienced IELTS Trainer/Coach to deliver high-impact classes and personalized coaching that help learners achieve their target band scores. You'll design engaging lessons, track progress with data, and provide actionable feedback to students.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Coaching

Deliver group classes and 1:1 coaching across Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Teach strategies for time management and question types. Conduct mock tests and detailed feedback sessions.

Curriculum & Content

Create/adapt lesson plans, worksheets, and practice materials.

Student Success & Reporting

Run placement tests, diagnose gaps, and create individualized study plans. Maintain accurate attendance, scores, and progress on the LMS/CRM. Share weekly progress reports and improvement plans with learners and parents.

Workshops & Community

Lead masterclasses, revision sessions and test-day readiness.

Quality & Compliance

Collect student feedback and implement improvements.

Sales Support

Conduct demo classes; advise prospective students; support course placement decisions.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (English/Linguistics/Education preferred).

2+ years

proven IELTS teaching/coaching experience. Strong command of English (near-native proficiency). Evidence such as: Personal IELTS score

Band 8.0+ overall

or CELTA/Trinity CertTESOL/TEFL/TESOL certification. Comfortable with

LMS tools

(e.g., Google Classroom/Moodle), Zoom/Teams, and Google Workspace/MS Office.
Nice to Have

Ability to teach related tests (OET/TOEFL) is a plus. Core Competencies Student-centric coaching, clear feedback, and motivating presence. Data-driven mindset (uses mock scores and error logs to plan lessons). Classroom management (onsite and online). Excellent communication
