As part of our growth and expansion, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and motivated
IELTS and English Language Instructors
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in IELTS exam preparation and English language courses.
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, tailored to meet the needs of students.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.
Provide support and guidance to students throughout their learning journey.
Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and materials related to IELTS and English language teaching.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IELTS instructor or English language teacher.
Strong knowledge of IELTS exam structure, band scoring system, and test preparation techniques.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional certification).
TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification (preferred).
Experience working with students of various ages and proficiency levels.
Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
Compensation:
This is a
revenue-sharing
opportunity with a
60% instructor, 40% institute
split, allowing instructors to earn based on the number of students they teach.
