Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Junior Alarm Technician to join our dedicated security systems team . In this role, you will assist in the installation, service, and maintenance of alarm systems, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises while learning from experienced technicians.
Responsibilities
Assist in the installation and configuration of alarm systems, including intrusion detection, access control, and monitoring systems
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing security systems to ensure optimal functionality
Support senior technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, employing effective problem-solving strategies
Participate in site inspections to assess client needs and recommend appropriate security solutions
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs
Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in security systems
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
