Core Mandate
Governance, policy enforcement, systems integration, and risk-based access review consolidation.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the
Customer User Access Management single point of contact (SPOC)
for business, application support, Service Desk, and Management.
Review the users list monthly and disable inactive accounts (e.g., no login for 90 days or disabled domain IDs).
Participate in the user's list review run with managers (3 times a year), consolidating revoked application IDs and disabling them.
Provide the final comprehensive report of review results, including monthly reviews.
Perform System Reconciliation
across the agreed-upon list of critical systems.
Integrate applications into the UAM scope upon business request, including reviewing application users and profiles data.
Provide suggestions to the IAM project team to enhance the IAM portal functionality and processes.
Maintain and update UAM online form details (application profiles and owners) and map application usernames to domain IDs for the UAM Operational Portal.
Required Skills:
Expertise in IAM strategy, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Experience with automated provisioning/de-provisioning and reconciliation.
Strong stakeholder management and policy enforcement capabilities.
