7-8+ years of experience in User Access Management (UAM) and IAM operations.
Availability
8x5 Onsite (Business Days) with On-Call duties for urgent cases.
Core Mandate
Process and troubleshoot access requests, manage user provisioning/de-provisioning, and support audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Process access management tickets related to business applications under UAM scope and Active Directory entries (Users/Non-Users).
Address on-call duties for handling urgent access-related cases outside of business hours.
Ensure that all access requests are addressed as per established SLAs.
Reply to users' queries, explaining processes, and updating them on request status.
Perform
Access Management Reviews
as required and prepare on-demand access management reports for department heads.
Extract required records for both
internal and external audit requirements
.
Perform the Continuous Monitoring and following up on requests on the Customer's service management system (e.g., HPSM).
Work side-by-side with Security Monitoring and Operations vendors, providing support when required.
Required Skills:
Expertise in Active Directory and related access control mechanisms.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex access issues and provide RCA.
Strong understanding of UAM principles and service management tools (e.g., HPSM).
