Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Interior Design Manager to lead and oversee the design and execution of luxury hospitality projects in Oman and the wider GCC region. This key leadership role requires a proven track record of success in managing complex design projects, leading teams, and collaborating effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, strong project management capabilities, and a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality sector.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of interior designers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Oversee all aspects of the design process, from initial concept development to final construction documentation. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and vision, and develop innovative and creative design solutions. Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present design proposals, presentations, and reports to clients. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, building codes, and regulations. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards. Oversee the selection and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support. Contribute to the development of company design standards and best practices. Experience in consultancy work within design and construction. Demonstrated experience in managing building projects.
