On behalf of an important multinational medical devices\xe2\x80\x99 manufacturer with a leading position in the Critical Care area, we are looking for a:

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

(Middle East \xe2\x80\x93 Dubai Based)

In charge of the Middle East market, the Area Sales Manager will interact with the local distributors, sharing efficient sales strategies and assuring the sales targets are properly met. The candidate will arrange and develop training sessions, in order to spread the best practice, product awareness and market knowledge.

Main Duties

• To create, develop and transmit the sales strategies and explain the main targets to achieve.
• To interact with the local distributors, sharing the main guidelines and assuring continuous and proficient cooperation.
• To assess the distributors\xe2\x80\x99 performance, providing advice and corrections when necessary.
• To interact with the local and regional KOLs and Clients, in order to create some solid partnerships.
• To monitor constantly the market, in particular study in-depth the peculiarities of each local healthcare system (regulations, rules\xe2\x80\xa6) and try to figure out how to enter and develop the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business.
• To analyze and provide feedback to the International Marketing Department about the market trends, the competitors, the clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs\xe2\x80\xa6

Background & Experience

The ideal candidate has got a Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, preferably in Medical, Economic or Scientific subjects. He/she has got a previous experience of at least 6 years in similar managerial roles inside complex multinational healthcare firms. Accurate knowledge of the Middle East market and a strong familiarity with the main sales management dynamics.

He/she should have commercial acumen and some significant negotiation skills. He/she must be strongly oriented to the business, thinking sometimes \xe2\x80\x9cout of the box\xe2\x80\x9d and sorting out critical situations.

We are looking for a leader, who is able to interact and guide some external partners, like the distributors. He/she should be able to transmit them the Company\xe2\x80\x99s culture and motivate them in order to succeed. Fluency in English is mandatory. Arabic is optional but preferable. Finally, the candidate must be available to travel extensively across the region.
