Job Description
We are looking for an ICT BIM Modellers for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: Dubai, UAE
Notice: 1 month or less
Qualification and Experience Required:
- ICT BIM Modellers with strong capability in BIM production (ICT/airport experience) and coordination across multiple trades.
- Client is specifically looking for a candidate who is capable to produce BIM designs mandatorily (should be proficient on BIM software).
- Should be technically sound - production experience is very important and should also have experience of coordinate with other departments/teams such as structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical on ICT & Airport (SAS) systems.
- Mandatory proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
- Strong technical and production experience in BIM modeling
- Hands-on experience in ICT systems, preferably in airport projects
- International project experience is mandatory
- Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines
- Develop detailed BIM models for ICT and Airport Systems (SAS)
- Produce high-quality BIM design deliverables (models, drawings, documentation)
- Ensure models are accurate and aligned with project and construction requirements
- Coordinate ICT designs with Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical teams
- Participate in multi-trade coordination and clash detection/resolution
