We are seeking a motivated and energetic

Ice Cream Server

to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving high-quality ice cream, creating an enjoyable experience for our customers, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our equipment.

Responsibilities:

Serve a variety of ice cream products, including cones, sundaes, shakes, and toppings to customers. Ensure that the ice cream machines and related equipment are cleaned regularly and are in good working condition. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting customers with their selection of flavors and toppings. Process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards. Work as part of a team to achieve service goals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred, but all qualified candidates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in a customer service or food-related role is advantageous. Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
