Job Description

Attend to customer feedback, inquiries and report any customer's complaint to line manager Monitor and check stocks level, inventories, product quality, and perform daily checklist consistently Take customers order, sell, suggest, up sell, and ensure proper customer satisfaction at all times Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment as per set brand guidelines and local authorities regulations Assist other team members to accomplish duties and tasks in the shift (cleaning, scooping, organizing the outlet, refilling stock in the display, waste disposals) Ensure that inventories are done along with outlet opening and closing checklist as per set procedures Answer on delivery orders and maintain hygiene and safety rules when dispatching order to dreivers Greet customers upon arrival to Bachir Ice Cream' counter, and suggest choosing ice cream' flavors Participate in achieving the brand's goals and targets while ensuring proper implementation of the SOP Ensure proper uniform and personal hygiene cleanliness at all times Work with the team to achieve the company's KPI's such as Budgeted Sales, Cost of Goods, Average Check, and Customer Service Satisfaction Proper communication, endorsement with Outlet Manager and Shift In - Charge
Ensure all company assets are well maintained and protected at all times
