Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our team OOP ice creamery shop . The Ice Cream Maker/Shop Assistant will prepare and serve ice cream and frozen desserts, ensure a clean and welcoming environment, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and serve ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, and other frozen desserts. Operate and clean ice cream machines and related equipment. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation and serving areas. Handle cash register and process customer transactions accurately. Restock supplies, toppings, cones, and ingredients as needed. Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent product quality. Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory checks. Support promotional or seasonal events (new flavors, product launches, etc.).

Qualifications and Skills:



High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous experience in food service, cafe, or dessert shop is an advantage. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (training provided if necessary). Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Fun, customer-oriented environment with opportunities to learn flavor creation and dessert presentation. Must have valid QID & Food Handle certificate Ready to join immediately.
